Ephesians 2:8 ‘…For by GRACE you have been SAVED through FAITH; and this is not of yourselves, it is a GIFT of God…’ NASB (New American Standard Bible)

Let’s together, open the Word of God this morning, and study what we have been given. Allow me to help you in your study and search the Bible what God has intended for us to hear.

The verses we are going to study tonight:

2 Timothy 3:1-9, Ephesians 6:17.

There have been many lessons where I’ve used verses from 2 Timothy 3.

I’m going to once again use verses from 2 Timothy 3, but these verses are warnings for the end of time written by Paul.

2 Timothy 3

vs4 ‘…treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God…’

vs5 ‘…holding to a form of godliness although they have denied its power; avoid such people as these…’

vs6 ‘…For among them are those who slip into households and captivate weak women weighed down with sins, led on by various impulses…’

vs7 ‘…always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth…’

vs8 ‘…Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men of depraved mind, worthless in regard to the faith…’

vs9 ‘…But they will not make further progress; for their foolishness will be obvious to all, just as was that also of Jannes and Jambres…’ NASB (New American Standard Bible)

GNT

vs1‘…Remember that there will be difficult times in the last days…’

vs2 ‘…People will be selfish, greedy, boastful, and conceited; they will be insulting, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, and irreligious…’

EASY

vs1 ‘…Let me tell you this. During the last days of this world, there will be times of great trouble…’

vs2 ‘…People will love only themselves, and they will want lots of money for themselves. They will be proud, and they will say how great they are. They will insult other people. They will not obey their parents. They will not thank anyone who helps them. They will not respect anything that is good…’

vs3 ‘…They will not be kind to other people, but they will like to quarrel. They will tell lies to hurt other people. They will be unable to control themselves properly. They will be cruel, and they will hate anything that is good…’

vs4 ‘…People will turn against their friends. They will do foolish things. They will boast that they are very important. They will not love God, but instead they will only want to enjoy themselves…’

vs5 ‘…Those people will seem to be serving God. But really, they refuse to accept God’s power to help them. You must stay away from people like that…’

vs6 ‘…Among those people, there are some men who find a way into people’s homes. They get power over silly women who feel very guilty about their sins. Those women want to do wrong things, and they cannot stop themselves…’

vs7 ‘…They are always trying to learn new things, but they can never really understand God’s true message…’

vs8 ‘…These are people who speak against God’s true message, in the same way that Jannes and Jambres spoke against Moses. Their minds have become confused. The way that they serve God is false…’

vs9 ‘…But they will not continue to do many more bad things. Everyone will see clearly that they are fools. That is what happened to Jannes and Jambres…’ EASY (Easy English Translation)

Just read what we have been told is going to happen.

This is prophecy that the apostle Paul foretold of the end time.

This is exactly what is happening today in the 21st century. It takes place all around us, every day.

I printed all four (4) different versions because my intention is to have people wake up and realize what we have been foretold.

From just vs1: perilous times (AKJV), difficult times (NASB)(GNT), great trouble (EASY). This is the situation we have today, in every region across the globe.

The remainder is so evident of what is about to happen.

In earlier studies I have made the claim that today in the 21st century, we are that 7th church found in the Book of Revelation.

I have been told by many that the seven letters were to seven small Jewish synagogues, made up of the new Jewish believers. Those that believed that Jesus was the Son of God, the He was the Messiah.

I am strongly going to stick my neck out; does it really matter if we’re at the 7th church or not.

My point is that you have got to change the path you are going down immediately, before time runs out.

We already know, or we should know that we are in the ‘GRACE’ period before the seven (7) years of Tribulation are brought upon this earth.

Is it the new 2nd moon?

Is it the hurricane Helene in western North Carolina?

Is it the hurricane Milton in Florida?

Just look at the world around us.

This election is about to happen here in America, the number one debate is over abortion.

The killing of unborn, unwanted babies. That instead of preventing ourselves from getting pregnant, the number one choice is to kill the baby.

The argument is to save the mother … there is no saving.

How many babies are going to be killed to save one mother?

Our priorities have all been jumbled up so much, there is no making any sense.

Open your Bibles and study the Word that God gave us to keep us safe from what is out there that can harm us.

His Word, the ‘SWORD,’ is from the Holy Spirit.

It has been meant to protect us.

Ephesians 6:17

‘…And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God…’ AKJV (Authorized King James Version)

‘…And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God…’ NASB (New American Standard Bible)

‘…And accept salvation as a helmet, and the word of God as the sword which the Spirit gives you…’ GNT (Good News Translation)

‘…Remember that God has saved you from your sins. That will be like a strong hat that keeps your head safe. Also, use God’s message to help you. That will be like a sword that God’s Spirit puts in your hand…’ EASY (Easy English Translation)

Keep your Bibles always open and continue to study His Word.

I love ALL of y’all.

Jesus, I pray that those ears and eyes, either listening or seeing this message today would be opened to the very fullest and allow Your love to come inside their lives and comfort them. Teach us Jesus. Protect us. We love You. Amen
