Romans 10:9 ‘…that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved…’ AKJV
Jesus, we are nearing the celebration of what we recognize as Your birth. There are many that are fooled by the rules of mankind in this world today, we ask that every individual might be given the opportunity to OPEN Your Word and READ the truth that You have given us. We love You Jesus. Amen.
The Bible verses we’re going to use this morning are:
Exodus 3:4; Numbers 16:7; Deuteronomy 7:6; Joshua 9:27; 1Samuel 16:10; 2Samuel 6:21; 1Kings 14:21; Nehemiah 9:7; Psalm 33:12; Isaiah 14:1; Jeremiah 1:5; Daniel 4:25; Zechariah 1:17; Mark 3:14; Acts 9:15; 2Peter 3:15-16; 2Timothy 2:15;.
Over the past few months, I have been working on another book that I hope is accepted by many in this world. But as I was writing that book, I came across a flood of Bible verses that made me ask the question: why did mankind obey the choices that God made in the past, but when it comes to His last CHOICE, most people will not even recognize or FOLLOW it.
So, allow me to show you the verses I found in Scripture that shows us God making choices.
Exodus 3:4 ‘…The Lord saw that Moses came near to look at the bush. God spoke to Moses from inside the bush. He said, Moses! Moses! Moses answered, Here I am…’ EASY
Numbers 16:7 ‘…Light fires in them tomorrow, and burn incense before the Lord. Then we will see whom the Lord chooses as his holy one. You Levites are the ones who have gone too far…’ NLT
Deuteronomy 7:6 ‘…For you are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession…’ NIV
Joshua 9:27 ‘…But on that day Joshua made them gatherers of firewood and labor to draw water for the congregation and for the altar of the Lord, to this day, in the place which He would choose…’ NASB
1Samuel 16:10 ‘…Jesse had seven of his sons pass before Samuel, but Samuel said to him, The Lord has not chosen these…’ NIV
2Samuel 6:21 ‘…So David said to Michal, It was before the Lord [that I did this], who chose me above your father and all his house, to appoint me as ruler over Israel, the people of the Lord. Therefore, I will celebrate [in pure enjoyment] before the Lord…’ AMP
1Kings 14:21 ‘…Rehoboam son of Solomon was 41 years old when he became king of Judah, and he ruled 17 years from Jerusalem, the city where the Lord had chosen to be worshiped. His mother Naamah was from Ammon…’ CEV
Nehemiah 9:7 ‘…You are the Lord, the God who chose Abram and took him from Ur of the Chaldeans and gave him the name Abraham…’ GW
Psalm 33:12 ‘…Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance…’ NIV
Isaiah 14:1 ‘…The Lord will once again be merciful to his people Israel and choose them as his own. He will let them live in their own land again, and foreigners will come and live there with them…’ GNT
Jeremiah 1:5 ‘…I chose you before I gave you life, and before you were born I selected you to be a prophet to the nations…’ GNT
Daniel 4:25 ‘…that you will be forced to live with the wild animals, far away from humans. You will eat grass like a wild animal and live outdoors for seven years, until you learn that God Most High controls all earthly kingdoms and chooses their rulers…’ CEV
Zechariah 1:17 ‘…Again proclaim, saying, Thus says the Lord of hosts: My cities shall again spread out through prosperity; The Lord will again comfort Zion, And will again choose Jerusalem…’ NKJV
Mark 3:14 ‘…Then he chose twelve of them to be his apostles, so they could be with him. He also wanted to send them out to preach…’ CEV
All of these verses are showing God’s Choice. All of these verses can be found in the Word, that most of mankind today will follow and believe, and trust me, there are hundreds of more verses I haven’t included. But this next verse I’m going to show you, which is also found in Scripture, the majority of Christendom does not even know that this verse is in their Bibles, and it is this ONE verse that shows the MOST pivotable change in Biblical history.

Jesus CHOSE Saul of Tarsus to teach this entire world what He wants us to know and most of Christendom today, has missed it.
WHY have they missed it?
I think it is because Satan doesn’t want this entire world to see the truth.
Eyes have been covered by Satan so that most of this entire world has been kept blind from seeing the truth.
There are hundreds of thousands of people that will shout that the writings of Paul should be torn from our Bibles and thrown away … why would God give us His Word for us to edit it?
The original apostle Peter wrote:
2Peter 3
vs15 ‘…And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you…’
vs16 ‘…as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction…’ AKJV
Are we NOT to BELIEVE Peter’s writings also?
Are we to tear Peter’s writings from our Bibles and throw them away too?
When Luke wrote in the book of Acts, that Saul was the CHOSEN VESSEL by Jesus to teach this entire world, are we NOT to BELIEVE Luke’s writings?
Are we to tear Luke’s writings from our Bibles and throw them away also?
Does that mean we should also tear out and throw away the gospel that Luke wrote to the Jews that so many in Christendom follow today?
Let me first ask the question: where is the verse found in the Bible that tells us that we can pick and choose which books we want to follow and obey that has been written in the Word?
The Word doesn’t tell us that we can get rid of the writings found inside our Bibles, but the Word does tell us how we MUST rightly divide the Word of Truth.
2Timothy 2:15 ‘…Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth…’ NKJV
Our Bibles are split up into two sections, the NT and the OT, I myself think the Bible should be sectioned into at least four (4) sections:
1 – ALL of mankind (Genesis 1:1 to Genesis 11:32)
2 – OT (Genesis 12:1 to Acts 8:40)
3 – NT (Acts 9:1 to Philemon 1:25)
4 – Kingdom (Hebrews 1:1 – Revelation 22:21)
Too many today, wake up on Sunday morning and debate whether or not they will be going to a church … God gave you the Word, OPEN your Bible and read what God has told us instead of going to a man-made building.
There are churches that meet on Sunday and Wednesday nights along with Sunday mornings … that’s not a bad thing but OPEN up your Bible and READ the words that God has given to us to learn from.
There are pastors, priest, churches and denominations that pay money so weekly sermons can be read to their congregations and there are others that don’t buy their sermons they just repeat their sermons, over and over again, every three years (I guess they figure people will not remember what was said three years earlier).
Where is it written that God said it was okay to write our own words to preach people about what we want them to hear?
There is too much of an emphasis put on preaching what mankind wants for others to hear instead of teaching what God wants mankind to HEAR.
There shouldn’t be another minute spent working on a Sunday morning sermon, it should be as simple as opening the Word of God and reading what God has already had written for us to learn from.
There’s too much emphasis put on how comfortable the seats are in church, how good is the coffee and how fresh are the donuts when instead we should be reading His Word together so we could all find the right way to God.
Instead, I’ve heard too many stories of laundry, and relatives riding on trains all across this country, when really, all any of us NEED to HEAR about is God’s GIFT and READ and study how He has given us His GRACE.
We should be taught how we MUST accept it.
We should be taught how we MUST BELIEVE it.
God wants each one of us to be in His presence after this world ceases to exist, the big question is ‘do we really want to be with Him?’
Keep your Bible open and continue to study the words that God has given us in His Word.
Do yourself a very big favor and READ His Word so you can find out the truth for yourself.
No one else is going to read it to you today … you’re going to have to open the Bible and READ what He wants you to know.
Be WISE, pray to God and ask that the Holy Spirit would guide you through the words … RIGHTLY DIVIDING the truth and listening to the words God wants us to hear instead of being led around by Satan or his evildoers and hearing messages meant for earlier times.
Allow Him to guide you in His footsteps and then you just need to FOLLOW Him.

Jesus, this world is full of those that want to FOLLOW what you want from us. Satan has infected this world with matters that will not ever save anyone. This world has been filled with at least 2000 years of lies regarding what you really want from us. I ask that You’d allow these other people the chance to HEAR what You want from us instead of hearing false messages from others. Please whisper in their ears while they sleep at night. Give them the opportunity to get themselves right with You before it is too late. I love You Jesus. Amen.
