Jesus is in His tomb

Saturday 041925

Acts 9:5 ‘…But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel…’ AKJV

Ephesians 2:8 ‘…For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God…’ AKJV

Romans 10:9 ‘…that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved…’ AKJV

Jesus, tomorrow morning is our greatest day here on this earth. I wish every person could HEAR this message. Bless the people on the earth Jesus. Allow them the opportunity to HEAR the Message You have for them to HEAR. We love You Jesus. Amen.

The Bible verses we’re going to use this morning are:

John 3:16; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4; Acts 9:15, 13:9; Matthew 26:28.

I laid awake in bed last night, Good Friday night, asking myself the question, who was the gospel of John written to.

Continuously going through my mind was John 3:16.

John 3:16 ‘…For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life…’ AKJV

Unable to come up with an answer last night, first thing this morning I searched online for any answers. I asked Google if it could tell me who the gospel of John was written to?

I first checked on my phone and I got this:

The Gospel of John was written for both Jews and Gentiles living in the Greco-Roman world, particularly those with a Hellenistic background. While the specific recipients aren’t explicitly named, it’s generally believed to have been written for the church in Ephesus and perhaps other churches in Asia Minor, where John ministered. The book’s purpose is to strengthen believers’ faith and lead others to believe in Jesus as the Messiah.

Then I checked on my laptop so I could get an address.

John’s Gospel was primarily written to a diverse audience, including both Jewish and Gentile believers in the Greco-Roman world. It aimed to strengthen their faith in Jesus as the Messiah and the Son of God, and to help them understand Jesus’ identity as God the Son. The Gospel also sought to persuade unbelievers to believe in Jesus and receive eternal life through him. [1]

Back in Jesus’ ministry, all the Jewish Orthodox individual had to believe was that Jesus was the Messiah, that made them a Jewish believer.

Us Gentiles today, the Word of God tells us we MUST believe more than that Jesus was simply the Messiah.

Here is what the Word of God tells us we MUST Believe today in the 21st century.

1 Corinthians 15

vs1 ‘…Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the Gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand…’

vs2 ‘…by which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain…’

vs3 ‘…For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures…’

vs4 ‘…and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures…’ AKJV

This is the Gospel that Jesus gave to the apostle Paul to teach to us and this entire world.

I too, love the wording in John 3:16, but it wasn’t written to us. This is maybe the biggest lie that will be told to the people attending church tomorrow morning, EASTER morning.

Jesus died on the cross to forgive us of our sins, but Jesus CHOSE Saul to teach this entire world about what we MUST know after His crucifixion.

Acts 9:15 ‘…But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel…’ AKJV

This was Jesus, the ascended Jesus speaking to Ananias, a Jewish believer living in Damascus, telling him to go to Saul and baptize him because he was His CHOSEN VESSEL.

Just think of the number of people, tomorrow morning sitting in their church that are going to make their own choice and choose who they want to follow.

Tomorrow morning is EASTER. Jesus died on the cross to forgive us ALL of our sins. Jesus was resurrected and He lives … to this day and people will not move on past His crucifixion they will go back in their Bibles and relive His life over and over and over again.

Begin reading your Bible, starting in the book of Acts. Chapter 1 through 6 is a repeat of the Jewish individual.

Chapters 1 through 6 are nothing but a repeat of the Jew trying to be taught about Jesus.

But in chapter 7, the Sanhedrin stoned to death Stephen because of His BELIEF in Jesus Christ and in God.

It was at this point in biblical history when God made the most pivotable change in our Bibles.

God determined to save ALL mankind since the Jews would not believe in Him.

God never told us Gentiles to take the place of the Jews.

In Acts chapter 9, Jesus confronts Saul of Tarsus.

To repeat once again, here is Acts 9:15.

Acts 9:15 ‘…But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel…’ AKJV

Here is another verse found in the book of Acts.

Acts 13:9 ‘…Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him…’ AKJV

Here is a footnote given in the Amplified Bible for this verse (Acts 13:9).

Saul was the apostle Paul’s Jewish (Hebrew) name. As his ministry to Gentiles began he became known by his Roman (Latin) name, Paul.

Read the Word of God for yourself. Sometimes you have to read outside the box your pastor, priest, church or its denomination tell you to read.

Use the common sense that God gave you.

Jesus Himself  told us it was His BLOOD that would forgive us of our sins and allow us to live through Him.

Matthew 26:28 ‘…for this is my blood which is to be poured out for many for the remission of sins–the blood which ratifies the Covenant …’ WNT (Weymouth New Testament)

I love ALL of y’all.

I am InHIM.><)))o>

Jesus, Tomorrow morning Father, I ask that many would clear their minds and look solely at You.

I pray they HEAR You speaking to them and stop listening to the lies that have been spread on this earth for so long.

I love You Jesus. Amen.
